AS OF MAY 2024 WE HAVE END-OF-LIFED VERSION 1 OF THE POOLOGICS SOFTWARE.
The time has finally come and v2 of the Poologics software is here. We have made it easier and faster for pool pros to manage every aspect of their pool business. We bring CRM, Estimates, Projects, Scheduling, Tasks, Communications and Financials into a single business management software platform built specifically for pool builders.
CRM
Leads, Leads, Leads. It all starts with a lead and Poologics software has a strong customer management tool that helps pool pros organize customer details, view pipeline, and communication logs in one place. This feature makes it easier to track interactions, set appointments, and manage leads more efficiently.
Estimates and Proposals
In Poologics, pool pros can easily make detailed estimates and proposals for customers with customizable templates. This speeds up the process and lets users input specific details like take-offs, products, and itemization. After finalizing an estimate, they can quickly create a proposal to share with the customer, who can then accept or reject it online.
Projects
Once the deal is closed it’s time to move into Projects. This functionality is designed to streamline project management, allowing users to efficiently organize and oversee the progression of each pool installation or renovation. Within the Projects module, users can access key details such as project timelines, tasks, budget tracking, selections and communication logs.
SCHEDULING
At the heart of the Project module is Scheduling. This enables pool builder to efficiently manage and organize their daily appointments and tasks. This tool provides a centralized platform where users can view, create, and update schedules for employees, contractors and subs. The point here is to optimize resources, minimize double bookings, and improve customer service by ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
COMMUNICATIONS
We want Poologics to be the single source of truth for communications. With Gmail integration, users can seamlessly sync their email accounts to manage communication within the platform. The text messaging feature allows for quick and convenient communication with clients directly from the Poologics interface. Additionally, the internal chat feature facilitates efficient real-time discussions, fostering collaboration and enhancing productivity among users.
FINANCIALS
So was that pool you just built profitable? Poologics offers robust financial features to streamline the management of bills, receivables, and payments for your pool businesses. Easily create and track bills within Poologics or pull them in directly from Quickbooks Online. The platform allows businesses to efficiently manage receivables by creating invoices, change orders as well as payments.
