The Process
How it all Works
Just like our software and marketing services we try and keep things simple. That means being upfront and honest about what we do, what we don’t do, and the best package for you. We are with you every step of the way.
CONSULTATION
Before we begin anything we want to understand your goals, where you are currently and where you want to go. So the first thing we do is schedule a consultation to understand your business and what success looks like. Of course, we also take this time to answer any of your questions that you may have about the different packages, how the processes works and any other services that might be of interest. Out of the consultation we get you a price based on the discussed requirements.
INTAKE FORM
Once we have an understanding of your business, and agree upon a path forward, then you simply fill out our intake form which, depending on your chosen package, is where we get to know your tastes, specific requirements and supplies us with any existing assets. This gets everyone on the same page and makes the process a lot smoother.
KICKOFF
We typically schedule a kickoff call to go over the intake form to clarify any questions or address any concerns. This is also where we introduce team members, go over timelines and set expectations with regards to who is responsible for what.
DESIGN
This is the fun part. Depending on your package, this may differ, but generally we will mock-up a version of the homepage for review based on the responses in the intake form as well as the kickoff call. Once we finalize the homepage all other pages will follow that same basic design and should fall out pretty easily from there.
REVIEW
You have the opportunity to review design and provide feedback. This typically involves two rounds of changes to the overall design.
